No Planning Fee Guarantee
Anchor to Adventure Travel proudly offers complimentary travel planning services for cruises, all-inclusive resorts, multi-component vacations, and group travel. When booking airline reservations in conjunction with other travel services (e.g., cruise, hotel, or resort), airfare booking is complimentary.
For airfare-only bookings, a non-refundable fee of $25 per domestic ticket and $50 per international ticket applies. These fees are due at the time of booking and cover the time and expertise involved in researching and managing non-commissionable air reservations.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- All cancellations must adhere to the supplier’s terms and conditions. Each travel supplier (cruise line, airline, hotel, tour company, etc.) has its own timeline and penalties. Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding these terms.
- Refund eligibility is governed by the supplier's specific policies. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be partial or unavailable depending on the timing of cancellation.
- Anchor to Adventure Travel does not charge cancellation penalties; however, supplier-imposed fees will apply.
- If a trip must be canceled or changed by Anchor to Adventure Travel, clients will receive a full refund of any fees paid directly to our agency.
- Force Majeure: Anchor to Adventure Travel is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather events, natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest). Refunds or credits in such cases will be subject to the supplier’s force majeure policies.
